Fido PH
What reviewers discussed
Sampled reviews described reloan availability or a changed credit limit after repayment or prior account use.
Representative User Example
weird when I still have one remaining due the borrow limit I got was 10500. When I paid the last remaining bill early, my credit limit went from 10500 to 4500. Also I pay my due before the due date. It seems the algorithm does not appreciate early payment.…
JuanHand
What reviewers discussed
Sampled reviews reported that a displayed credit limit or earlier repayment history did not always lead to another disbursement, and some repeat applications were declined (₱11,000).
Representative User Example
May loan limit has been reached to 11,000. However, I just delayed one time for repayment due to emergency. But, I have still settled a full payment of my oustanding balances. After repayment, I try to reloan but it has been declined for may times.
What this may mean
A previous repayment or displayed credit limit may not carry over to a new application. Check the current offer and confirm approval, amount received, and total repayment before relying on funds.
2. Repayment Contact and Reminders
Fido PH
What reviewers discussed
Sampled reviews described collection calls or messages after an overdue or late payment.
Representative User Example
changed from 5 star to 1 star. 1 day late of payment, too much threatening messages. high interests but pay after every 15 days. once it's fully paid done with fidoph. if needed go ahead borrow but lifetime as a borrower a big no no
JuanHand
What reviewers discussed
Sampled reviews described repeated calls, texts, or emails about repayment, including reminders before the due date and messages after a loan had been paid.
Representative User Example
Even if 1 week due you'll receive a text and email reminder, and from then, daily you will receive same reminders.
What this may mean
Repayment-contact problems can make it harder to confirm what is due or resolve a disputed balance. Save messages and payment records, and verify the balance and due date before paying.
